The Nice Realtor

Today has been kind of crazy for me. It was pretty cool I had the day off and I basically stayed on my pijamas all day working on my computer. Yeah it is my day of from my full time job, but I enjoy my online business enough that I don't consider that working. My wife got home from work around four and I had to get out of my pjs so that we could go meet our realtor. We are finally buying a house! You might ask why I am telling you all this... Well, at the realtor's office we got to talking and my realtor was telling me how it was for her when she bought her first house. She told us all about her experience and she talked very dearly about the real state agent that sold her the house: "It was been twelve years since we bought the house and he still sends me a christmas card!" That is either a real nice realtor, or a real smart one! I wonder how many of his previous clients went back to him for the second or third house just because he took the time to write them a christmas card. The coolest thing about it is that the whole thing could be automated! He could have a database with all the family's info (names, address, pet's name, etc. etc. etc...) a nice template to drop in the names and voilá you got personalized xmas cards for everyone and their pets! I didn't want to burst her bubble and I let her think she has a nice realtor... but I hope you can see the inmense power of having a list of your clients, website visitors, leads, etc. so that you too can be "nice" to them. On 2007 I have set a new goal for myself. I will bring life to my - now dead forum. In order to do this I will need YOUR help. You see the main ingredient for a successful forum is an active community with insightful information to share. As of right now as you may know I am only working on my online business part-time.
